Myersons’ Partner to speak at London HNW conference

Myersons’ newly appointed partner, Jamie Orchard, will be presenting a talk at the inaugural “TL4 HNW Divorce Next Gen” Conference in London on 23^rd March 2023. Covering the breadth and depth of financial disputes, this unique next gen event will look at the more complicated aspects of HNW divorces.

Jamie will be speaking on how to attack and defend trust assets in divorce cases as well as how orders made by foreign courts (such as England and Wales) may or may not be enforced in Jersey. Jamie will be joined by expert speakers from London and further afield to cover an array of subject matters which impact HNW divorcing couples including the hot topic of privacy and transparency in divorce cases, with the courts in England and Wales signalling a sea change for divorce cases to be heard in public rather than in private. The conference will also discuss issues surrounding cryptocurrency, alternate routes for dispute resolution such as arbitration and more.
