About Us
Our firm was founded by leading family law practitioner Victoria Myerson in October 2017 as the first boutique family law firm in Jersey. Our team is highly experienced, and individually skilled, in dealing with all forms of private law disputes. We take a different view of family law that encourages a holistic approach and a long term view of the impact of decisions upon all those involved.
The firm provides tailored advice on matters including divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child related issues such as financial provision, residence, contact and leave to remove disputes. Advising on all aspects of family law and instrumental in most high-profile cases in Jersey, we have developed a reputation for our expertise in dealing with high net worth clients on complex asset division cases involving trusts, business assets and investment structures.
Our team strives to guide clients through difficult times by encouraging access to therapeutic and health support to ensure resilience and wellbeing throughout their case. We aim to support clients in achieving a fair outcome and with minimal conflict.
Drawing on our collective experience of working within a larger firm environment we provide a high level of service but one that is responsive and tailored to client needs. Our ethos is driven by the collective experience of Family Law work and a belief that when something is broken, care and thought are required in order to rebuild.
