Faye read English Literature at Cardiff University, graduating with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in 2012. In the following years, she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP in London, gained early experience in Jersey's top dispute resolution departments, and spent a year travelling around the world.
Faye returned to London where she was part of Allen & Overy's litigation team, working as a paralegal on international arbitration, regulatory and corporate matters. She completed the LPC and later secured a training contract with a local firm Ogier. Faye was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2020.
After taking a short break from law to start a family, Faye realised that she wanted to refocus her career on family law. She joined Myersons in 2023 and predominantly works on financial remedies, drawing on her extensive litigation experience.
