We are delighted to announce that Sir Nicholas Francis, who retired as a UK High Court Judge on 1st May 2024, has joined the team of Advocates as a Consultant.

Nick was one of the pioneers of the private FDR process before he was appointed a Judge of the Family Division in 2016. Nick was one of the first to qualify as a Family Law finance arbitrator when the IFLA scheme was launched in 2012.
